Accountability

What supervision actually means here

Single point of responsibility
One contractor holds the programme, the cost and the trades. There is no main-contractor gap to fall through.
Supervised execution
Civil, mechanical and electrical trades are supervised on site throughout, to ISO 45001:2018 safety practice.
In-house trades
Joinery is manufactured in the company workshop and materials move on the company fleet, so the programme does not wait on a third party.
Named contact
Enquiries, tenders and site instructions go to the head office and are answered by the people running the work.
